Craps is the type of game where its complication depends on players bets, it can be very simple or very complicated. It is a social game that involves several players. One of the players is called the “shooter” and he is the one that rolls the dice. How does it work? It seems to be very simple: the shooter rolls the dice and all other players are making bets on the numbers that come up or don’t come up. Bets are made before the shooter rolls the dice. The first bet is called “pass line bet” and it is on the first roll called the “come out roll”. ." The outcome of these bets depends on what the come out roll will be. Pass line bets are immediate winners if the come out roll is 7 or 11, and they are immediate losers if the come out roll is 2, 3, or 12. If any of the remaining numbers (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10) comes out it becomes a “point”. If the shooter rolls the point, he or she must continue rolling the dice until either the number identified as the point OR a 7 comes up. If the point comes up before 7, all pass line bets win. If the opposite happens, all pass line bets lose. Either way, nothing will happen in a game of craps until one of these two numbers appears, so there's a theoretical chance that the game could continue all night. It sounds like lots of fun and excitement!

Here is a list of the basic bets players can make (with their payoffs):
Pass Line Bet – wins when on a come out roll of 7 or 11 and loses on 2, 3 or 12. If any other number appears it is a point. If another point is rolled before 7 pass line bets win. Payoff is 1 to 1.
Don’t Pass Line Bet – it is the exact opposite of Pass Line Bet. Don’t Pass Line Bet wins when on a come out roll a 2 or 3 is rolled and loses on 7 or 11. When 12 is rolled the bet becomes a “push” and players gets his bet back. If a number other than 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12 appears, it becomes the point. Don't Pass Line bets win if the shooter rolls a 7 before rolling the point, and lose if the opposite happens. It is important to know that Don't Pass Line bets can be removed or reduced while the shooter is rolling for the second time. Payoff is 1 to 1.

Come Bets – It is just like Pass Line Bet, but it can be made after a point has been rolled by a come out roll. The Come Bet wins if the next roll is 7 or 11 and loses when 2, 3 or 12 is rolled. If the shooter rolls 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 is rolled then that number becomes the “come point” If the next roll is a point before a 7 is rolled the come bet wins and loses if the opposite occurs. Come bets cannot be removed or changed. The payoff is 1 to 1.
Don’t Come Bets – Don’t come bet  is just like Don’t Pass Bet, but it can be made after a point has been rolled by a come out roll bet. If the next roll will be 2 or 3 the Don’t Come bet wins, loses if it will be 7 or 11. It will be a push if 12 will be rolled. If the next roll will be a 7 (before a come point is rolled) the Don’t Come Bet wins, and loses if the opposite occurs. Don’t Come Bets can be changed or removed after being placed. The payoff is 1 to 1.
